The couple had a private wedding at his ranch in Aspen, Colorado, in 2004

Costner has said in court filings that his estranged wife has refused to leave the Carpentaria home, even though she signed the 2004 pre-nuptial agreement promising to quit within 30-days if they split

Baumgartner, 49, further wrote glowingly in the present tense about her life with Costner to reinforce her case to maintain a privileged time for her children.

‘In addition to our beachfront compound, our family travels several times per year,’ she said.

‘We vacation in the Caribbean and Hawaii, and travel to Aspen several times per year, usually during the winter and summer. We typically host family and friends on our trips.’

She described the Colorado property, saying: ‘Spanning 160-acres, the Aspen estate is truly unique. It is located approximately 10 minutes from the Aspen town center and is surrounded by a national forest that cannot be developed.

‘It has several homes and structures on it, each with extensive custom features. It rents for $250,000 per week during the high season. The property has two large lakes and is equipped with a dozen ATVs and snowmobiles which the children enjoy riding.

‘Kevin told me that he was once offered $250 million for the property. Under any circumstances, it is an extraordinarily valuable asset.’

She also said: ‘Beyond travel, we regularly entertain family and friends at our family home, often relying on caterers or chefs to provide most of the meals.

‘We have a team of employees who assist with the demands of our large household and maintain the property grounds.

‘Our two oldest children attended private school through junior high, and our youngest is still in private school, and we’re generous when it comes to their lifestyle. We are also members at several local private country clubs.

‘I realize that our lifestyle is extraordinary. I appreciate how very blessed we are to live this way.’

Baumgartner’s new filing for $248,000 a month child support reveals the Hollywood star raked in exactly $19,517,064 in 2022

Costner has said in court filings that his estranged wife has refused to leave the Carpentaria home, even though she signed the 2004 pre-nuptial agreement promising to quit within 30-days if they split.

‘Christine has taken the position that she will not move out of Kevin’s separate property residence unless and until Kevin agrees to various financial demands,’ his own attorney wrote.

The court was told he has already paid Baumgartner $1million to put towards a new place and gave her $200,000 in the early years of their marriage under the terms of the near 19-year-old pre-nup.

Baumgartner has hit back in her latest findings, alleging Costner was trying to trick her dipping into the cash and therefore voiding her right to challenge spousal support.

‘I have no personal income, and no assets in my personal name, other than a bank account Kevin set up when we married over 18 years ago, and another account that I had before marriage with less than $50,000,’ she wrote.

‘I recently learned Kevin without my knowledge or consent, deposited $1,000,000 into an account he had set up in my name years ago, asserting it was paid pursuant to paragraph F.5.i of the Premarital Agreement.’

‘Kevin is trying to force my concession that the spousal support limitation is valid by my ‘acceptance’ of these funds.

‘I believe that Kevin’s goal is to get me to tap into this money, so he can argue that I waived my right to challenge the Premarital Agreement. I cannot make this concession.’

In other paperwork, Costner has asked the judge to seal the pre-nup agreement ‘in light of the confidentiality provision’.
