JetBlue Airways has gone viral on Twitter for asking their customers to name their ‘favorite child’ as a security question on their website. 

The hilarious security measure was posted by a Twitter user on Sunday who shared a picture of their computer screen showing the bizarre question, noting ‘JetBlue savage for this.’

JetBlue Airways then shared on Tuesday saying: ‘Say it. You know you have one.’ 

Social media users had a field day, many praising the airline for their fun and lighthearted joke on Twitter, playing off the security question in an engaging way.

The hilarious post racked up thousands of likes and Twitter users began to respond with what they would use as the answer to the security question

A spokesperson for JetBlue tells DailyMail.com that the security question actually said ‘What is the name of your favorite childhood friend’, but the full question was cut off on the customer’s specific browser. 

‘We love having fun with our customers on Twitter,’ the spokesperson added.  

On Twitter, JetBlue’s cheeky tweet racked up over one thousand likes and Twitter users quickly replied naming their favorite children. 

‘I’m showing this to my dad. My name is incorporated in all of his passwords,’ one Twitter user said. 

‘Just another reason @JetBlue is the only way I fly!’ another added. 

‘I would get it wrong all the time, my favorite would b the one that hasn’t pissed me off in the last 24 hrs… that changes constantly,’ one parent shared. 

‘We already know who Mom put down…,’ one Twitter user added. 

One honest Twitter user replied: ‘Stewart.’ 

One dog owner shared a photo of their pup saying, ‘Does Hank count?’ 

The person who runs JetBlue’s Twitter page playfully replied to the comments. In response to the dog owner, they wrote: ‘Yes, but since you told us, you now need to give him a code name.’  

One Twitter user called out the person who posted the original viral photo saying: ‘Nah, you a savage for choosing this question.’
