In a risk statement, Heinz said it was recalling the product due to the "possible presence of sharp metal fragments" which makes the product "unsafe to eat and presents a safety risk."
Heinz has urged anyone who has purchased the above products to not feed it to your baby.
Instead, customers have been told to return it to the Tesco store where it was brought from.
Tesco will then issue the customer a full refund.
