Things are coming to a head on “Married to Medicine.”

In the upcoming third episode for the Bravo’s hits seventh season, airing on Sunday, Jackie and Simone surprise Heavenly and Mariah with a group dinner in an effort to help them work out their issues, but to say that things don’t go as planned would be an understatement.

Heavenly and Mariah get into a screaming match, which you can get a sneak peek of in an AOL exclusive clip at the top of the page. In it, Mariah accuses Heavenly of betraying her confidence by repeating things she’s told her in private, which is an accusation that Heavenly calls a “bold-faced lie.”

Their argument ultimately ends with two of the cast members at the table storming out of the restaurant. Watch the footage above to find out who.
