Heartbroken dog ‘looks into heaven’ after whole family killed by monster dad

A heartbroken dog has been sat looking into heaven after her whole family was killed in a horrific car fire set by twisted rugby player Rowan Baxter.

Baxter killed his wife Hannah and their three children Aaliyah, 6, Laianah, 4, and Trey, 3, before stabbing himself to death in Brisbane, Australia.

He torched the family SUV after dousing it in petrol and killed himself after angrily trying to stop witnesses who tried to help save his wife and children.

The family’s heartbroken dog Savannah has now spent her first night without the people she loved most.

And she has been pictured staring up into the sky into heaven as a family friend said she’s lost “everyone she love”.

Police are continuing to investigate the horrific murder-suicide.

The monstrous incident occurred while Hannah was with the children doing the routine school run.

“He's obviously ambushed her somehow, I'm sure she would not have stopped for him, she would be more likely to try to run over him

“He had to hurt us because we'd beaten him. He was spiralling and had run out of people to sponge off.

“Looks like all of a sudden he decided there was only one way out.”
