Harry Styles’ £58million fortune puts him top of Britain’s reality star Rich List ahead of his old One Direction bandmates (even though Zayn has produced the most music)

  • Meanwhile Zayn, 26, trails his former bandmate by £22.8million
  • All of the One Direction star’s feature in the top ten of 50 richest reality TV stars 
  • They are joined by fellow Cowell alumni, Little Mix, Susan Boyle and Olly Murs

Harry Styles’ £58million fortune puts him at the top of Britain’s reality star Rich List ahead of his old One Direction bandmates – despite Zayn producing the most records.

The X Factor band dominate the top ten, with Liam Payne, ex-husband of Cheryl Cole, on £54.3million, and Niall Horan, now a budding golf magnate, on £49million. The pair take second and third place.

Louis Tomlinson sits in fifth with a fortune of £44million, just a million shy of all four members of Little Mix, and Malik, who has the largest solo body of work, on £35.2million.

Other Simon Cowell alumni in The Sun’s top ten include Susan Boyle, who soared to fame on Britain’s Got Talent, she has whopping worth of £27million.

After Susan, X Factor’s Olly Murs, 35, is eighth on the list with a staggering £18.5million amassed through hit albums released under Cowell’s Syco label and TV presenting gigs.

Harry, the front-man of 1D, which rivals the Beatles for commercial success, raked in funds with an eponymous chart-topping debut album in 2017, which had the biggest sales week for a UK male since 1991, The Evening Standard reported.

But for musicians, the real money is in touring and Harry’s starting figures for his first touring run last year saw 89 sell out crowds, almost a million tickets sold and a £960,000 donation to charity.

His first stadium sold out within 29 seconds, according to Variety. 

In addition to his music, Harry made a colossal first foray into acting, starring in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk which was one of the top grossing movie’s of 2017.

He has featured in two Gucci campaigns, rocking stunning suits while holding animals, including a piglet.

Harry has homes in London, New York and Los Angeles. His £2.4million bachelor pad in the British capital has been dubbed ‘the party palace.’

He also has a mansion in North London worth £8.8million, another worth £6.5million in Hollywood and the properties are often surrounded by set of supercars.

Harry’s penchant for motors has set him back around £1million, for his New York collection alone.

Zayn trails his former bandmate by £22.8million, despite working with the likes of Taylor Swift and Sia and featuring on movie soundtracks including Fifty Shades Darker and Aladdin.

He is the poorest of the One Direction men, but still has a colossal profile which is boosted by his on-again-off-again model girlfriend Gigi Hadid.

He lost £5million in touring profits by deciding to exit the band in 2015, according to The Sun, and lost out on a further £2million in royalties.
