Greek scientists reconstruct the face of ancient women

Scientists in Greece have used cutting-edge technology to reconstruct the face of Dawn, a cave-dweller from 9,000 years ago.

    Scientists in Greece have reconstructed the face of a woman who lived 9,000 years ago, using a 3-D printer and some good, old-fashioned bone detective work.

    She was named Dawn and offers a glimpse into life in ancient Athens. Her skeleton was recovered at the entrance of the cave where she lived with her small community.
