Police were called and officers attended the scene, when the girl allegedly told them she had been touched inappropriately by 37-year-old Kabrata.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and now faces two charges of rape and a count of lewd acts with a child.

According to local reports the arrest took place at the McDonald’s in Midwest City in Oklahoma, US, on Tuesday.

Kabatra claims he felt sick and knocked on the door before entering the restroom.

He reportedly told police he threw up in the restroom while the child was on the toilet, washed his hands and left.

A McDonald’s spokesman said: “At McDonald’s, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our customers.

“We are deeply disturbed by the incident that occurred at one of our Oklahoma restaurants earlier this week.

“We are fully cooperating with the police during their investigation.”
