Girl, 13, ‘abducted, raped and filmed during horrific four-hour ordeal’ in Sydney

The 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and driven around while she was raped and filmed by her abuser on Friday June 24, 2016. The details emerged during the trial of Mustafa Kayrici, 29, who is facing 42 charges at the Downing Centre District Court in Sydney, Australia. On Wednesday, the accused’s six-week trial begun in front of Judge Sarah Huggett.

The court heard how Kayirici allegedly shaved the eighth-grade schoolgirl, spat in her mouth and bound and gagged her after abducting her.

He allegedly threatened to stab and kill the young girl, forcing her to make multiple statements on video that she consented to the horrifying acts.

The court heard how he repeatedly sexually assaulted her and filmed the disgusting acts as he drove to 10 different locations in west Sydney during the four-hour ordeal.

Her ordeal allegedly began when she left home late for school.

After crossing the Parramatta bridge after alighting a train at nearby Parramatta Station, she walked past a block on Queen’s Avenue, where a man was said to be standing outside with shoe boxes and a bag.

Kayrici is alleged to have asked the schoolgirl to help him pick up a set of jump-leads from the driveway while he had his hands full.

He then told the girl to “give them to his mum who was standing nearby”.

Kayirici is said to have tricked the girl into getting in to his car, before immediately sexually assaulting her and telling her: “You are not going home tonight.”

Kayirici pleaded not guilty to all 42 charges, 18 of which include aggravated sexual assault with a person under 16.

He also faces one charge of threatening to inflict actual bodily harm with intent to have sexual intercourse.

In total the accused made 11 videos of himself naked with the girl, which will be played back to the jury during his trial.

Prosecutor Karl Prince opened with a graphic description of the alleged assaults on the girl.

After the ordeal, Kayirici allegedly gave the unnamed girl five dollars and dropped her off at a train station.

Wearing a white shirt, dark suit and tie, his black hair slick back, Kayirici and a jury of five men and seven women listened to the prosecution allegations for 90 minutes.

Mr Prince said: “(Mr Kayirici) told police she told him she was 17 or 18 years old.

“It is the Crown case the accused knew she was 13 because he told her so.”

“(The girl) turned to run but (Kayirici) grabbed her and put her in the front seat and said if she moved, he would stab her with a knife.”

He then allegedly slapped her, called her “a stupid dog” and sexually assaulted her before driving her to another 9 locations.

The trial continues.
