A giant Loch Ness Monster inflatable was hilariously taken away by police at COP26 climate change summit.
A number of officers were filmed loading the blow-up beast onto a tow truck after protestors paraded it in Glasgow.
Nessie was used at the outside the SEC COP26 summit venue at Govan Graving Docks to send world leaders the message: "Drop The Debt Monster", Glasgow Live reports.
Scotland's mythical creature in impressive float form adds to the series of unlikely images thrown up by Glasgow hosting the United Nations event.
A snap of Leonardo DiCaprio in a Maryhill bar stunned locals while Brits have laughed at reports of US President Joe Biden passing a roundabout where a bed sheet read "Happy 60th birthday Sandra From Aw The Lassies xxx".
Now police in Glasgow have gone and 'arrested' the Loch Ness Monster during a dawn raid on a COP26 protest this morning.
The incident happened at the Govan Graving Docks across from the SEC COP26 summit venue, where anti-poverty group Jubilee Debt Campaign had inflated a huge "Loch Ness Debt monster" to "raise the importance of global South debt for the climate crisis".
Members of the group had been standing holding signs reading "Drop The Debt Monster" and "Climate Change Now" next to the inflatable.
Protestors explained Nessie represented "the growing threat of climate debt burdens for lower income countries, who have been prevented from discussing how debt is sabotaging their climate response at COP26".

Police arrived on the scene at around 7am this morning (November 3) and duly "impounded" the huge four-metre tall, eight-metre long inflatable Nessie, much to the bemusement and anger of the protestors.
One took to Twitter to write: "Our Jubilee Debt Campaign Loch Ness debt monster is being impounded by the police at COP26. We wanted to show that the global South debt crisis cannot be ignored if we are to achieve climate justice."
Another wrote: "We came this morning to inflate the Loch Ness Debt monster and raise the importance of global South debt for the climate crisis Instead the police inbounded Nessie and tried to block our message, just like debt is being blocked from COP26 discussions."
