Fuming SUV driver almost flips her own car as enormous row erupts after crash

A driver caught in a huge row with another after a fender bender ended up getting stuck as she tried to speed away.

The angry motorist tried to escape in her SUV after the argument on the roadside but instead, her car mounted the other vehicle and it got stuck – as she sat there clueless about what to do next.

The woman, who has been charged with negligent driving, is seen in a bizarre video during a heated exchange with a woman.

The fiery confrontation emerged when a woman reportedly reversed her car into a black Holden SUV in front of a traffic light, just around the corner where a group of "Convoy to Canberra" protesters gathered near Exhibition Park in Australia's capital city on Saturday (February 12).

A video posted on social media shows the woman behind the camera leave her car and try to talk to the SUV driver, asking what she was doing.

The driver rolls down the window and shouts: "Get the f*** out of Canberra and go get a job and find something better to do.

"Honey you just reversed into me."

The camerawoman yells back: "I'm sorry we are at traffic light."

The driver becomes irate and asks her to stop filming, then she moves outside the lane and stops by, asking: "What's that? What are you looking for?"

She appears to shove the woman, who then tells her friend: "Maniac!"

"Yeah I am, just get the f*** out of Canberra because there are a lot of us," the driver replies and then speeds off before she lands her SUV on top of the woman's car in a huge blunder.

The camerawoman gasps and apologises to her friend before lashing out to the driver, yelling: "You f***ing idiot! You are f***ed."

According to Australian Capital Territory Policing, the incident happened at around 10am in Watson and it's understood that the confrontation was related to the protests but officers could not confirm if the clash was between a protester and a local resident.

In a statement they posted, officers confirmed there were no injuries as a result of the collision.

They added: "A 26-year-old woman from Ngunnawal will be issued an infringement for negligent driving following a collision yesterday (Saturday 12 February 2022).

"About 10.15 am yesterday police were called to a two-car collision on Phillip Avenue in Watson.

"ACT Policing urges all drivers to remain patient on our roads and to drive safely."
