A family of a woman who was found unconscious outside of a hospital have revealed that she is now brain dead as they speak on their heartbreak.

Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26, was dumped outside of Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles hospital, while her friend Christy Giles, 24, was found dead next to Southern California Hospital in Culver City.

Cabrales-Arzola, who was an aspiring architect, spent two weeks in a coma after she was found by the hospital on November 13, the same day as Giles.

Her family said her organs will be donated to nine separate people as they announced the tragic update on the weekend, according to KABC-TV.

Giles was dumped two hours earlier, by two men reportedly wearing all black with bandannas to hide their identity, according to her family who say they have watched the footage, reports New York Post.

Christy Giles mother, Dusty Giles, previously said she believed her daughter and Cabrales-Arzola were drugged and sexually assaulted.

"My daughter is a military police officer's daughter, her father Leslie served in Iraq," she told The Sun.

"My daughters have been taught literally how to kill a person with a ballpoint pen."

Cabrales-Arzola’s father, Luis Cabrales Rivera said she was just days away from her 27th birthday.

The 47-year-old told The Sun : “We were already expecting it to be bad news and we’re trying to take it with a lot of strength.

“I asked God to return Hilda to me in 100 percent good health but if she was going to be left impaired it is better for her to leave and go by his side."

He added: “Apparently there are nine to 12 different organs that could be used for donations and we decided that should be the last act of love from my daughter."

It has been reported that Cabrales-Arzola had moved to LA during the summer, she previously lived in her hometown Monterrey, Mexico where she graduated as an architect two years ago, according to The Sun.

Her family have all travelled from Mexico to be by her side, it has been reported.
