Astonishing moment a free-runner, 23, performs a spectacular front-flip and instantly sits back down in a Moscow underground station

This is the incredible moment a 23-year-old parkour artist went from casually sitting on a bench to suddenly performing a front-flip in the Russian underground.

He turns his head abruptly to check the area is clear next to him.

Seconds later, he quickly stands up before jumping backwards on to the bench.

In an amazing turn of events, the free-runner performs a forward-flip and slams his feet back on to the ground.

Vladimir lands in a perfect seated position with comical nonchalance as passerbys stop in their tracks.

Within a matter of seconds, the free-runner jumps on to the bench before perfectly executing a forward-flip

They continue their chatter as they hesitantly move around the parkour artist after watching his somersault.

The adrenaline-junkie has also filmed himself executing a perfect front-flip before landing on to the seat of a motorbike.

Vladimir shows off his parkour on his Instagram, which has a 233k following, boasting clips of him performing flips on to car roofs and smoothly sliding in to the passenger seat from the overhead window.

He charters his stunts and adventures across various obstacles in Russia, including St Petersburg and Pskov. 

Free running is a version of parkour which sees adrenaline junkies placing greater emphasis on stylistic acrobatics.
