Human poo has swamped a disabled woman's garden again, just days after it had been drained away.
The flooding of stinking sewage has left neither Lisa Sadler or her pet dogs able step out the back door of her home in Whitley, Berkshire.
Lisa told BerkshireLive she feels "trapped" just over a week since Thames Water tackled the issue on March 6, which temporarily cleared the garden of faeces.
But now Lisa, who had a stroke and has been diagnosed with bipolar, is stuck inside again as the garden flooded on March 11.
Overflowing sewage has been a problem at the property for more than eight years she revealed.
She said: "I cannot believe it's happened again.
"They came on Saturday and were really good and cleared the sewer and the water drained away pretty quickly.
"But now it's back, again, and I can't take my dogs out, or use my garden again.
"It happens over and over again.
"Thames Water said this time they were going to go come and stick a camera down the sewer to see if they can see what the problem is, but it's not acceptable any more."
She previously explained the situation had such a bad effect on her condition it would make her vomit.
Thames Water has cited people in the area putting items like wet wipes down their toilets as the cause of the problem.
However, a spokesman said an investigation would now be carried out to see if there was anything else causing the issue.
He said: "We appreciate how horrible sewer flooding can be and empathise with anyone affected.
“Our engineers will carry out an inspection of the sewer to determine the cause of the flooding and will also ensure the flooded area is cleaned and disinfected."
Thames Water also offers advice to its customers about the "three Ps" – poo, pee and paper – that are the only things that should be put down the toilet.
