Ethel Kennedy, daughter Courtney seen for first time since Saoirse Kennedy Hill’s death

Saoirse Kennedy Hill’s anguished mother has emerged for the first time since her daughter’s death Thursday — seen clutching her mom, Kennedy matriarch Ethel, 91, while riding a golf cart in Massachusetts.

Courtney Kennedy Hill appeared grief-stricken as she wrapped a protective arm around Robert F. Kennedy’s widow, both women donning large black sunglasses and wide-brimmed straw hats.

Hill, 22, was staying at her grandmother’s sprawling Hyannis Port home when she died from an apparent drug overdose on Thursday afternoon.

Ethel decided to take family members out sailing on the family yacht Glide Friday afternoon before they returned to the Hyannis Port Yacht Club pier around 2.30 p.m., according to the Daily Mail.

Kennedy Hill’s niece Kerry Townsend Meltzer was also seen comforting the grieving mom as she drove the golf cart.

More than a dozen family members and friends could be seen embracing on the pier in pictures published by the Cape Cod Times — the clan reportedly gathering to remember Hill.

According to a Boston Herald report from 2014, the sailboat is owned by Max Kennedy, the ninth child of RFK and Ethel.

An initial autopsy conducted on Hill revealed that her body showed “no trauma inconsistent with lifesaving measures,” authorities said Friday.

Her cause of death — possibly from an overdose — is pending a toxicology report, District Attorney Michael O’Keefe’s office said in a statement.
