A social media spokesman for easyJet said the company is ‘really sorry’ about the damage and asked her to contact the appropriate team.
The clip shows her suitcase with large chunks of plastic missing alongside a huge split down the middle.
The rough handling also caused the screen of her work phone to crack and three dresses, which she planned to return, to get covered in sun tan lotion.
A sunglasses case, a pair of shoes and a bag were also damaged.
The recruitment manager told The Sun: ‘Oh and it gets better. You’ve also squashed my favourite pair of shoes, which again, were not cheap. Completely and utterly squished.
‘My favourite beach bag – again, completely ruined.’
She added: ‘Massive thank you for making me pay for priority when all you were going to do was lose my belongings and mess up everything’.
