DRC leaders calls for calm after rage over election delay

The election has been delayed by two years already and protesters are skeptical if the election really will happen on the 30th.

    Opposition candidates in the Democratic Republic of Congo are urging supporters to show restraint, as large protests grip cities across the country.

    The latest unrest follows this week’s postponement of a long-delayed presidential election. Many in Kinshasa wonder if the election will really take place on the 30th, and what will happen if it does not.
