THIS is the dramatic moment a biker is rugby tackled to the ground by have-a-go-hero and Uber cyclist during a police chase in Dundee.

Footage shows the person being chased by cops as he zoomed through the streets last week.

The incident happened on South Tay Street and West Port on Friday September 27.

You can see the man flying round a corner before falling off the bike, getting up and running away.

A cop car then arrives.

And seconds later, an Uber rider appears on a bike, jumps off and starts chasing the suspect.
