Amazing moment dog fetches a bundle of grass and puts it in hungry buffalo’s food trough

• He wags his tail as he runs back and gently places the grass down in the buffalo’s trough

While a friendship between a dog and a buffalo might seem unlikely, one kind-hearted pooch showed its helpful nature by getting some food for its hungry friend. 

Footage shows the friendly dog checking on a buffalo who is sitting inside its shed in Bathinda city, India.   

The dog soon runs and can be seen peering into the back of a loaded truck across the courtyard. 

He picks up a bundle of grass and then goes to meet his friend with a tasty treat.

As he hops back over to the shed to feed his buffalo friend his tail starts wagging furiously. 

Sensing the dog’s activity, the buffalo stands up and waited patiently for its little friend to place the grass into its trough. 

Once the dog has the bundle of grass in its mouth he trots back to the buffalo.

Then he neatly jumps on to the raised platform while the buffalo looks on excitedly. 

After the dog has jumped into the trough he gently places down his bundle of grass.
