Co-op starts selling Easter eggs 3 days after Christmas and people are not happy
A major Brit supermarket is already selling Easter eggs just three days after Christmas.
A stunned shopper has snapped a Co-op store with its shelves lined with Easter Eggs on December 28.
The store in Cottingham, East Riding of Yorkshire can clearly be seen stocking chocolate eggs such as Cadbury’s mini-eggs, Creme Eggs and Smarties eggs.
This is despite Easter being nearly four months away, taking place on April 12 in 2020.

Co-op is not the first supermarket to be stocking Easter eggs long before the occasion this time, though.

One confused shopper spotted Cadbury's Mini Eggs, Galaxy Enchanted Eggs and Kit Kat chocolate bunnies on sale in B&M's Sealand Road branch in Chester.
Hot cross buns have also been seen available at Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
