CCTV shows Cuba Gooding Jr ‘touching accuser’s breast in New York bar’ as Oscar winner smiles in court charged with groping her

THIS is the moment Cuba Gooding Jr appeared to grope the thigh and breast of a female reveller on a boozy night out in New York.

The Oscar-winning actor, 51, handed himself in to sex crime cops on Thursday over claims he drunkenly leched on the woman on Sunday.

CCTV footage from The Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge shows the Jerry Maguire star sitting on a sofa with girlfriend Claudine De Niro at 10.15pm on Sunday.

The accuser then sits down next to De Niro – before Gooding appears to reach across his girlfriend's body to place his hand on the accuser's left thigh.

He then appears to grab her breast before the woman swipes his hand away.

The footage emerged just hours before Gooding appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of forcible touching.

The Jerry Maguire star allegedly groped the 30-year-old woman's breast at a rooftop bar in New York at around 11.15pm Sunday.

His alleged victim called police just hours later at 1am on Monday claiming that he grabbed her as she passed him a glass of water to help him sober up.

'DRUNKEN GROPE'

She alleged that the dad-of-three was "highly intoxicated" when he touched her at the plush Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge.

Gooding's attorney Mark J Heller insisted that the video of the actor’s Sunday night jaunt shows he did nothing wrong.

The high-profile lawyer said: "An extensive review of the available video taken that evening reveals that there was absolutely no criminal conduct and inappropriate conduct on the part of Cuba Gooding Jr."

'ABSOLUTELY NOT' GUILTY

He added that the footage "completely exonerates him from any criminal conduct."

On Tuesday, Gooding insisted he was “absolutely not” guilty and said he has "trust" in the justice system to vindicate him.

He told TMZ: "There’s a tape that shows what really happened — that’s the most important thing."

Explaining his recollection of the night, Gooding said: "I was at the club, I left.

"I met a bunch of people, I said hello, I took pictures and… you know, you have to have faith in what people are saying."

He added: "Now I’m giving the process the chance to show what happened, what went down."

His next court date is June 26.
