A bride has been left outraged after looking through her wedding photographs and discovering her own bridesmaid used the professional photographer to take 43 pictures with her own family.
The newlywed anonymously posted the news to Mumsnet on Thursday, asking users on the community forum if she unreasonable for feeling upset.
‘Got married a couple of months ago, smallish affair on a small budget, [and] we got our photos back yesterday,’ she explained.
‘We sat happily on the sofa looking at our pics together and we scrolled onto one with one of my bridesmaids with her family, then another one, then another and another,’ the bride continued.
‘On it goes, 43 pictures of her and her family… and its a location that’s quite a distance from the reception [venue] so they have gone purposely to do them in private’.

The bride explained that she and her new husband only paid for a 300-photo package, and that the bridesmaid had been contacting her to see whether she received the professional pictures.
She expressed her dismay at the actions of the woman she believed to be her close friend.
Her post quickly garnered hundreds of comments from fellow Mumset users – many of whom sent their sympathies.
Several suggested she ask the bridesmaid to help with the payment.
‘Tell her you’ll put her photos onto a USB when she pays you 15 percent of the photography cost,’ one stated.
‘So the [bridesmaid] hijacked your photographer for 43 pics worth of time? Offer three-fourths of [the photographer’s] fee then then tell the photographer to chase the [bridesmaid] for the other quarter,’ another advised.
Meanwhile, others weren’t so sympathetic to the newlywed’s problem.
‘You didn’t notice that a bridesmaid, her family, and your photographer were MIA for such an extended period of time?’ one quizzed.
