She was on holiday with her family and was alone when the sex attacker entered the sauna. 

Civil Guard investigators have said they have got a picture of the attacker on CCTV.

He is believed to be foreign, although his nationality has not been released.

The incident happened around 4pm on Monday at an unnamed hotel in Llucmajor in the south of Majorca.

Majorca is known as one of the most popular destinations for British tourists – awash with resorts and nightlight. 

Police are working on the theory that the rapist had been watching the teenager. 

He is suspected to have waited until she was alone before targeting her for the rape.

The girl alerted hotel staff who then called the police following the vile attack.

She was taken to Son Llatzer Hospital in the Majorcan capital Palma for examination.
