A 41-year-old bicyclist was struck and killed by a box truck in East Harlem on Friday morning, police said.

The male victim was hit while riding against traffic at First Avenue and East 118 Street around 8:30 a.m., according to cops.

EMS rushed the man to Harlem Hospital, but he could not be saved.

The 46-year-old truck driver remained at the scene.

The accident is still under investigation, police said.
