About 2,500 customers without power south of Winnipeg
Just under 2,500 customers are without power south of Winnipeg, including hundreds in the town of Morris, due to an outage Tuesday morning.
Manitoba Hydro said they were heading to the scene but were unsure of the cause.
Temperatures south of Winnipeg Tuesday were in the -25C range with a windchill hovering around -38.
