Oliver Dowden will clash with Angela Rayner this lunchtime as Rishi faces criticism for missing multiple sessions. Mr Sunak has missed around 21 percent of his PMQs clashes since becoming PM, the lowest attendance record since 1979.

Lindsay Hoyle notes the NHS’s birthday
