Corbyn issues sinister threat on election trail ‘Under socialism you will all cooperate’

Speaking to photographers in Blackpool, the Labour leader joked about what would lie in store for the country if he enters into Number 10 next month. In a chilling remark, he said: “No guys, you’ve got to cooperate.

“You see, under Socialism you will all cooperate”.

Mr Corbyn’s socialist remark has had mixed responses on social media.

Some congratulated Corbyn for having a “sense of humour”, whereas others fear it is a sign of what is to come if Labour wins the general election.

One Twitter user said: “Many a true word is spoken in jest”.

Another added: “Under far left socialism, criticism of the ‘dear leader’ is made a criminal offence. Every time. They also end up being the only Party on the ballot paper.

“This is the only way you can force people to accept socialism.”

Mr Corbyn could be in difficulty after 116 Labour Party candidates signed a general election pledge saying they will campaign to Remain in the EU if they are elected as an MP.

The Labour leader has refused to clarify whether he will support the agreed deal or fight for the UK to remain in the bloc.

Last week Mr Corbyn was forced to defend his party’s position.

Mr Corbyn has been slammed for joining Venezuela and Cuba in backing the leftist Bolivian leader.

Mr Corbyn tweeted: “I condemn this coup against the Bolivian people and stand with them for democracy, social justice and independence.”

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab called them “unbelievable”.

Mr Corbyn tried to speak about Blackpool, as well as his vision for the future during his visit to Blackpool.

He announced today a pledge of an “education for all” with six years of free education for every adults if he were to win the General Election.

During his visit, he said: “End the poverty of the poorest people in Blackpool, end the need for food banks, end the way in which Universal Credit operates, end the way in which the private rented sector is so expensive and so out of reach for so many people.”

Blackpool as an area voted 67.5% Leave in the 2016 EU referendum, which is the 27th highest Leave vote in the country.

It is believed that Corbyn identifies as a democratic socialist.

As a leader he wants to reverse austerity cuts and welfare funding made since 2010.
