A woman was killed when a hit-and-run driver smashed into her and pinned her against another car in Harlem on Friday night, cops said.

The 26-year-old stepped off a curb near Amsterdam Avenue and West 141 Street and was rammed into by the driver of a GMC Denali, police said.

The driver sped off southbound on Amsterdam Avenue and turned onto Hamilton Place, authorities said.

The person behind the wheel then slammed into another car that was stopped at a red light on 138th Street and Hamilton Avenue, cops said.

Police responded and took the driver into custody at the scene of the second crash, authorities said.

The woman was rushed to Saint Luke’s Hospital, where she died. Her name is being withheld pending family notification.
