Tom Arnold‘s divorce from estranged wife Ashley Groussman doesn’t appear to be going well.

Groussman is asking for legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son Jax and 3-year-old daughter Quinn, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. She’s also asking the court to award her spousal support.

Her requests, however, aren’t in line with what Arnold asked for when he filed his documents. As Page Six previously reported, Arnold, 59, requested joint custody of their two kids. He also didn’t check any box regarding spousal support.

As a result, this estranged couple could gear up for a custody and support battle.

Arnold confirmed the divorce in a statement to Us Weekly. “It’s a long time coming and we have been together for almost 11 years. And very grateful. I have many good years,” Arnold said. “I have my children because of my wife.”

This was Arnold’s fourth marriage. He was previously married to Julie Champnella, Shelby Roos and Roseanne Barr.
