Kevin Hart — who was set to host the Oscars but stepped down after a scandal over his homophobic tweets — will still be around LA this weekend.

A gold, Oscar-like, life-sized statue of the “Ride Along” actor has popped up near the Dolby Theatre, where the awards show is held.

The work, by Plastic Jesus, is holding a rainbow flag and has the words “Hollow Apology” on the base.

Hart has apologized for the old posts.

“The current divisive rhetoric seems to have taken us back to the 1970s,” the artist posted on Instagram.

“So much of the entertainment industry output comes from LGBTQ individuals . . . we should be celebrating it and not creating a hateful environment.”
