Roy Williams helped off court after vertigo incident

North Carolina coach Roy Williams went down to one knee on the sideline and had to be helped off the court to the locker room during Saturday’s game at Clemson.

Steve Kirschner, North Carolina’s sports information director, told the Tar Heels’ radio team Williams had a spell of vertigo and wasn’t sure if the long-time coach would return to the sidelines in the second half.

North Carolina held a 39-35 lead at intermission.
