Avril Lavigne Joins TikTok With 'Sk8r Boi' Collab With Tony Hawk

Avril Lavigne is now on TikTok and she made her debut on the platform in the best way possible, with the original “Sk8er Boi,” Tony Hawk!

In her first TikTok video, Lavigne is seen sitting on a skate ramp wearing her signature “Sk8er Boi” tie and mouthing the words to the 2002 hit single when the video cuts to Hawk, now wearing the necktie, as he performs a few quick tricks on his board.

3-year-old boy drowns on his birthday while visiting family in Ohio

A 3-year-old Texas boy drowned on his birthday while visiting family in Ohio last week, authorities said Monday.

Austin Smith was found unresponsive in a pond at a relative’s Wayne Township home on Friday afternoon, according to the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office.

Emergency responders took the boy to Lima Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The sheriff’s office called the drowning a “tragic accident” and said in a statement that they do not suspect foul play.
