Orlando Bloom Isn’t Original In The Engagement Ring Department
I’ve known people who basically repeated dates, trips, and presents with each relationship they were in, and they tried to pass it off as just a random coincidence. That is a lie. It is just random laziness, friends! Always get new everything with each new peen! Orlando Bloom did not get that memo, I guess, because just days after he popped the question to Katy Perry, some people noticed her engagement ring is in the same theme as the one he gave to ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
Us Weekly says Orlando proposed to Miranda in 2010 with diamond ring that was flower-shaped with a big center stone surrounded by smaller diamonds. Katy’s “full bloom” engagement ring is a big honking diamond surrounded by, uh, smaller diamonds. Suddenly, this guy relying on Legolas for a bulk of his IMDb credits is beginning to make sense.
OK, so just to be somewhat fair: Katy’s ring, much like Katy, kinda screams to be noticed with the big pink stone in the middle, but both rings are essentially in the same style and have a yellow gold band.
