Macy Gray is reportedly suing her agent Scott Mantell and International Creative Management for allegedly luring her away from her sick daughter to keep the commitment to go on a tour.

Citing court documents, The Blast reported that the R&B and soul singer claims she was promised a 10 percent discount on commissions for a 2017 European tour if it didn’t gross an estimated $500,000, but the agency did not keep its word.

Gray accuses ICM of attempting to extort her by refusing to provide the money owed to her unless she extended their deal for a year.

This caused “extreme anxiety, panic attacks, humiliation, embarrassment, emotional distress, sleeplessness and discomfort” in addition to economic damages, Gray says in the lawsuit.
