LeBron James has found the Lola Bunny to his Bugs Bunny.

The Walking Dead and Star Trek: Discovery star Sonequa Martin-Green has been cast opposite James in Space Jam 2, EW has confirmed. She will play the NBA superstar’s wife in the sequel to the 1996 classic.

Set for release July 16, 2021, the long-awaited follow-up will be directed by Terence Nance and produced by Black Panther’s Ryan Coogler. James and Martin-Green are currently the only members of the cast (minus the Looney Tunes, of course), but EW has some ideas to round out the roster.

Space Jam 2 will be the biggest film role to date for Martin-Green, who currently leads CBS All Access’ Star Trek series. But she is probably still best known for her five-season run as Sasha on The Walking Dead.
