Lawyer Says Chris Fehn Would Like To Remain In Slipknot
A lawyer for Chris Fehn has revealed that the Slipknot percussionist would like to remain a member of the metal band despite the lawsuit he filed alleging financial misappropriation earlier this month.
“There has been no official change in Fehn’s employment with the band. If it was up to Fehn, he would remain a member,” Joseph Dunne, one Fehn’s lawyers told the Des Moines Register.
Meanwhile, an official statement from the band said, “Chris knows why he is no longer a part of Slipknot.”
Amidst the allegations, Slipknot said they are focusing on completing their forthcoming sixth studio album.
“My client really is just hoping to figure out a way to work this out with the people he’s worked side by side with for the last 20 years,” said Dunne.
