Christina Aguilera joins Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, apparently

It seems Christina Aguilera has joined Jay-Z’s Roc Nation roster.

There’s been no official announcement, but the “Beautiful” singer’s bio has appeared on the agency’s Web site. She’ll be in the coveted company of Rihanna, J. Cole, Alicia Keys and Meek Mill.

She had been managed by the legendary Irving Azoff. The Grammy Award winner has sold over 43 million records and served as one of the judges on “The Voice.” Her last album was released in 2018.

Blue Ivy, the 8-year-old daughter of R&B superstar Beyoncé and rapper Jay-Z has narrated the audiobook version of the award-winning children’s book/short film “Hair Love.”

Penned by Matthew A. Cherry, the story follows a Black family, as the father attempts to tame the wild and free hair of his young daughter, and revolves around the themes of self-love, freedom of expression, and Black girl magic.

The animated film based on the book won big at the 2020 Academy Awards, as it took home the Oscar for Best Animated Film of the year.

Zazie Beetz lands role in new Brad Pitt flick, ‘Bullet Train’

“Deadpool 2” star Zazie Beetz is boarding Brad Pitt’s next film, “Bullet Train.”

According to Variety, the cast will also include “Kick-Ass” star Aaron Taylor-Johnson, with the director of “Hobbs & Shaw,” David Leitch, behind the camera.

The movie’s based on a Japanese novel, “Maria Beetle,” that follows a group of hitmen and assassins on a Tokyo train. After “Bullet Train,” Pitt will star with with Emma Stone in “La La Land” director Damien Chazelle’s “Babylon.”
