Lizzo’s on the hunt for dancers and models who are “Good as Hell” for an untitled reality series at Amazon Studios.
The “Truth Hurts” and “Because I Love You” singer has set an unscripted series with the streamer, that will follow her on her continued search for dynamic, full-figured women to join her world and perform with her on stage. Only the most talented dancers and models will have what it takes to twerk it out on tour and stomp it out on the runway.
The untitled Lizzo project, which is currently in development and casting, is produced by Amazon, under the singer’s first look deal with the studio. Lizzo will serve as executive producer.
The Grammy-winning rapper-singer-flautist appeared alongside Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu in Hustlers and voice acted in UglyDolls. In 2019 she took home three Grammy Awards for best pop solo performance, best traditional R&B performance and best urban contemporary album.

Florida guard Tyree Appleby helped off court after nasty elbow against Virginia Tech
Florida guard Tyree Appleby was helped off the court during his team’s first-round NCAA Tournament game Friday after being hit by an inadvertent elbow from Virginia Tech’s Keve Aluma.
Appleby was defending Aluma closely when the Hokies forward went to make a one-handed pass across the court and caught Appleby in the forehead. The junior immediately went down holding his head and blood was visible on the court.
Florida staff members helped Appleby to the locker room and the game resumed with Virginia Tech ahead 44-38 midway through the second half.

Appleby had scored six points before departing. Aluma was briefly sidelined with an injury to his arm, but returned.
CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson reported Appleby had a “forehead laceration” and was receiving stitches in the locker room.

In a statement obtained by USA TODAY, Facebook said it has restored service to its social network, as well as Instagram and WhatsApp, after they were knocked down by brief outages.
“Earlier today, a technical issue caused people to have trouble accessing some Facebook services,” the company said in a statement. “We resolved this issue for everyone, and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
Outages were first reported shortly after 1 p.m. ET on Down Detector, a website that tracks issues with internet platforms.
There are a number of issues currently affecting Facebook products, including gaming streams. Multiple teams are working on it, and we’ll update you when we can.
On Instagram, the most common problem reported by users is the news feed not loading. WhatsApp users reported problems connecting to the messaging service. Most Facebook users reported to Down Detector trouble accessing both the social network and Facebook Messenger.
Several users took to Twitter to report issues, as trends such as “My IG” and “Y’all Instagram” were trending Friday afternoon.

The issues began around 1:30 p.m. Eastern and were resolved around 2:30 p.m. Eastern.

The Facebook-owned apps and its Messenger service appeared to go down around 1:30 p.m. ET, according to reports on DownDetector. Facebook’s desktop site appeared to be working.
Facebook Gaming posted a statement to its followers on Twitter, alerting users that gaming streams were also affected in the outage.
The outage appeared to impact users in numerous countries, including Mexico and India, according to comments on DownDetector.
