Halsey had ambitious plans for her set at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. The plan was to sing a live solo version of her hit “Without Me,” make a quick wardrobe change by pulling off an oversized coat, and then jump into a performance of her current single “11 Minutes” with boyfriend Yungblud and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.

That’s when the right strap broke on Halsey’s low cut leather dress … 

Still, Halsey somehow seemed to get through a high-energy performance of “11 Minutes” accompanied by Yungblud seemingly without major incident. But social media was full of fans talking about how close Halsey was to popping out of her top.
