Gina Kirschenheiter is not on the run.

Although the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star is listed as a “fugitive” in the Orange County court system, an insider told Page Six that the warrant for her arrest is simply a technical error that will be ironed out Friday.

“Gina’s lawyer had filed a motion to postpone until May but it was misfiled,” the insider said. “The papers didn’t go through the proper way. She didn’t miss [her court date yesterday]. The court bureaucracy had a miscommunication. Her lawyer is going to court today [Friday] to sort it out.”

Kirschenheiter, 34, was first arrested for driving under the influence earlier this month. She apologized to her fans via Instagram shortly after but was pulled over again for using her phone while driving just days later.

She’s also in the midst of her divorce from Matthew Kirschenheiter, who was also pulled over this month for failing to obey a traffic sign.
