Danielle Staub is engaged for the 21st time!

The 56-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star has announced that she and new beau Olivier Maier are getting married.

The pair got engaged early Thursday morning (February 28) while on vacation in Saint Barth. The pair will be flying back to states and will be tie the knot a ceremony at the Justice of the Peace in New York City – with close pal Teresa Giudice in attendance.

“I’m madly in love,” Danielle tells People. “I’m feeling elated and excited for the next stage of my life. I’m going to marry the man of my possible dreams and hopefully I’ll spend the rest of my life in bliss.”

Olivier is the Duke of Provence and his family owns 15 vineyards in the South of France as well as two castles. Their marriage would mean that Danielle would become a duchess. He also works as works as the managing director of an equity firm in NYC.

News of the engagement comes less than two weeks after Danielle and ex-husband Marty Caffrey finalized their divorce. The two tied the knot in front of RHONJ cameras in May before splitting in August.
