Ariana Grande’s ‘7 Rings’ Reclaims Top Spot On Billboard Hot 100

Ariana Grande‘s “7 Rings” reclaimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 dated March 23, rebounding from No. 2.

According to Nielson Music, the song, released on Republic Records, shot back to the top of the Hot 100 list for the sixth time, with a 3-1 increase on the Streaming Songs chart. The track moved higher despite a 7 percent drop in U.S. streams to 36.9 million in the week ending March 14.

On the Radio Songs list, the track climbed from 4 to 3, logging a 3 percent increase in audience impressions, at 88.4 million, in the week ending March 17.

After staying at the top for three weeks, “7 Rings” dropped to No. 5 on Digital Song Sales in the week ending March 14, after its downloads sales dropped by 7 percent.

Pop songs have been dominating the Hot 100 chart since late September 2018, leading the list in 24 out of the past of 26 weeks, with Grande holding the top spot in 13 weeks.
