Man busted in shooting of innocent 11-year-old boy in Harlem

Cops have collared a man who allegedly shot an innocent 11-year-old boy in Harlem over the weekend.

Marcus McNeil, 27, was in custody Wednesday afternoon on pending charges, according to police sources.

The Staten Island man has 16 prior arrests, the sources said.

The boy was hit in the left leg by a stray bullet that was among the flurry of shots fired near the intersection of Madison Ave and E. 108th Street just after 3:15 p.m Sunday.

At least 10 innocent bystanders have been shot on city streets since the beginning of June.

Rutger Hauer Dies: ‘Blade Runner’ Bad Guy, Genre Star Was 75

Rutger Hauer, the actor who played the villainous Roy Batty in Ridley Scott’s sci-fi classic Blade Runner in a career in which he became a staple in genre films, died July 19 in his native the Netherlands after a long illness. He was 75.

A funeral was held today, Hauer’s agent Steve Kenis told Deadline.

While Robert Mueller’s congressional testimony lacked glitz and glamour, showbiz personalities from coast-to-coast weighed in with their thoughts on Wednesday’s proceedings.

#MeToo activist and “Who’s the Boss” star Alyssa Milano thought the highlight of the morning was Mueller answering “Yes” after California Rep. Ted Lieu asked, “The reason you did not indict Donald Trump was because of OLC opinion stating that you could not indict a sitting president, is that correct?”

Mueller later clarified that while he couldn’t indict the president, the issue wasn’t quite that black and white.
