Manchester Evening News has found that the ‘bakery chain is taking the power of social media’ to a whole new level. Festive Bake fans have found you can send a tasty treat to anyone you wish.

There’s plenty to choose from, with the menu including doughnuts, pastries, pizza slices, sausage rolls, bakes, sandwiches and more.

Just watch us send ten to ourselves. With products ranging from £1 to £3, you can choose any item of the available menu and whizz it over with a simple process.

Simply open up the Facebook Messenger app on your phone, or download it it here. You can also order online at Facebook.com.

Search for Greggs Gifting Bot and then once opened it’s you’ll be prompted by the bot to choose your treat, pick the item you want to gift and pay.

Greggs Gifting Bot wil then send you a voucher code you can forward to your friend as a code to redeem in-store.

If you fancy picking up some treats for yourself, Iceland  now sells Greggs festive bakes you can cook at home. The supermarket is selling two packs of two Greggs festive bakes for £3 – and it’s an absolute bargain.
