Sainsbury's has launched a half price sale on its Tu Clothing range online – so it's time to bag some bargains.

Shoppers can now get up to 50% on all men's, women's and childrenswear, as well as baby items.

With winter in full swing, it gives us the perfect chance to stock up on coats, knitwear and boots to keep warm in the chilly weather.

The best part? You don’t even need to make a trip to your nearest Sainsbury’s to grab some discounts as the sale is online.

Bargain hunters recently spotted the sale on LatestDeals.co.uk and were quick to jump on the bargains, with some sharing their top picks.

A member called TiaTia found some tan heeled calf boots, reduced from £45 to £22.50, while another member called Grace picked out some children's shoes – down from £7 to just £4.20.

However, Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, points out that you can get the same TU Clothing items for even cheaper at Argos. The retail giant is also currently running a sale on TU Clothing online at argos.co.uk.

Speaking of the Argos sale, Church said: "Tu Clothing is also sold by Argos and it too has this sale event running. And unlike Sainsbury's for which there is a £20 minimum spend for next day collection, at Argos there is no minimum spend! It's the same clothes, at the same prices and often the Argos store is in the Sainsbury's… but better delivery terms!"
