Morrisons slash the price of ‘hottest ever’ curry to £1.50 each
Morrisons has cut the price of its selection of Indian takeaway meals for customers who love curry nights.
Shoppers can pick up several different dishes including classics like Chicken Korma and Lamb Rogan Josh in the promotion for £1.50 – a saving nearly half of the normal £2.75 price.
Oh – and the cut price range includes the their hottest ever curries – the Volcanic Vindaloo and Flaming Fiery Phaal, if you think you can handle them.
Each meal serves two, so a family of four can be fed for only £3, and when you factor in rice and naan you can create a great ‘fakeaway’ alternative for under a fiver.
It’s ideal for families looking to save cash who don’t want to fork out for a much pricier ‘real’ takeaway, but still want a nice prep-free meal to treat themselves to.
The discounted meals are available in stores and online at morrison.com . The full menu includes:
- Chicken Korma 350g
- Chicken Makhani 350g
- Chicken Balti 350g
- Chicken Jalfrezi 350g
- Volcanic Vindaloo 350g
- Saag Paneer 350g
- Chicken Madras 350g
- Chicken Tikka Masala 350g
- Chicken Phal 350g
- Lamb Rogan Josh 350g
If you’re planning to purchase the deal online you can also take advantage of a free £10 spend at the supermarket chain as long as your entire order comes to £40 or more.
