If you're still struggling to find a present for Father's Day this weekend, Morrisons have just launched the meaty banquet of dreams.

The mammoth meal for carnivores contains eight pieces of 100% British meat, and weighs in at an impressive 650g, despite only setting you back £5.

Made up from some of the most popular items from Morrisons meat counters, fathers who dare to take on the feast will have to chomp through a rump steak, lamb chop, pork chop, three sausages and two pieces of black pudding.

Whether he tucks into it for a blowout breakfast or the daddy of all dinners, Morrisons suggests that the meat feast is best served alongside an egg and a tomato, a la your traditional mixed grill.

Hitting Morrisons stores all over the country today from today (Monday 10 June 2019), you can get it from the Morrisons Market Street butchers for a limited time, although there's no word on when the end date is.

Morrisons Meat Buyer, Joshua Brockbank, said: ‘Our Mighty Meat Feast is the perfect treat for carnivorous dads this Father’s Day. We hope they can rise to the challenge.’

But there's nothing that says this dish is solely restricted to dads, with bargain hunters also able to pick up the £5 bundle if they're looking for a cheap bargain on some of their favourite meats.
