It might still be over a week until Valentine’s day, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start the celebratory/consolatory feasting early. Especially when there’s free doughnuts involved.

As tomorrow (5th February), doughnut kings Krispy Kreme are launching a buy one get one free offer on their Valentine’s doughnuts range.

Getting you two doughnuts for the price of one, the offer is available on all three of their special edition Valentine’s range doughnuts.

The offer was originally posted on deals forum HotUKDeals, and is available in Krispy Kreme stores all over the country, but only tomorrow (Tuesday 5th February).

You can also claim the freebie offer in Tesco stores that have one of those tempting Krispy Kreme cabinets – but you’ll need to print off a voucher.

Included in the range is the ‘Smiley Heart’ with a strawberry and cream filling, and the ‘Raspberry Romance’ heart, complete with raspberry and chocolate truffle filling, white chocolate coating and raspberry and chocolate icing on top.

Apparently it’s all for World Nutella Day rather than Valentine’s, so chocolate fiends, there’s also the ‘Nutty Chocolatta heart’, with pure Nutella inside which is then dipped in chocolate and topped with white chocolate and hazelnuts.

According to excited customers on the deals forum, if you download the app (available on both Apple devices and Android), there’s also a buy one get one free voucher on there, too, that lasts a little bit longer.

Unsurprisingly, people are very excited about the offer, as while the company often do buy one get one free deals, they’re usually on their boxes of a dozen doughnuts. And while we do like a Krispy Kreme, even we would struggle to get through 24…
