Irish jewellery firm Chupi enters US market with pop-up at iconic Macy's department store
An Irish jewellery brand is getting set to open a pop up store in iconic US store Macy’s ahead of the Christmas shopping season.
Chupi is collaborating with Violet Black Jewellery to bring its bespoke accessory style to the department store in Florida.
From its official launch in 2013, founder and creative director Chupi Sweetman has worked to build the brand, product range and network.
Bridal pop-ups, following the brand’s expansion into engagement and wedding rings, in Dublin and London have proved successful.
“We are incredibly excited to be bringing our Chupi Pop up to the US and making magic with an iconic store such as Macy’s. Pop up events are something which we, as a business, have always found great success in and truly look forward to this one especially in the un up to Christmas,” said Sweetman.

The pop-up will open at Macy’s Fort Lauderdale branch on November 4th, and will showcase a select range from the ‘Your North Star’ and the ‘Hawthorn twig’ collections.
The three month stint, until February 2019, will be Chupi’s first foray into the US market.
Chupi Sweetman won the Fashion Award at this year’s Irish Tatler Women of the Year event.
