Home delivery: Hines and APG to invest €1bn in new rental stock for Dublin
US real estate giant Hines and Dutch partner APG Asset Management have announced their intention to deliver a total of 3,000 homes to the rental market in Dublin and the greater Dublin Area in the coming years.
News of the estimated €1.1bn investment in Ireland’s Build-to-Rent market came at the commencement yesterday of construction on the 1,269 apartments at Cherrywood Town Centre in South Dublin.
